Show prices incl. tax and fees from the start of the booking process#1253

Right now, taxes are only shown at check out. When choosing an employee you only see the set price (chosen by the employee) but excluding taxes. This means that the tax on top xomes as a nasty surprise when checking out. Please allow for showing prices incl. tax at all stages (from selecting an employee).

Also, please show the acutal prices and not the “+50”, in comparison to the cheapest option, as you show now.

Will this change also allow the ability to charge an added fee with auth.net?
