ORDER recurring meetings page#1265

?

Can you please make the time slot selections page and recurring meetings page into ONE page - or at least make the recurring meetings page FOLLOW the time slot page.
The order doesn’t make sense and will slow down or halt the customer from completing the transaction or cause frustration like it did for me the first time I tried your demo; the fact that the recurring meetings page follows the location page forces the end user to go back to the time slot page to refer back to what time they selected; by this time the user will have clicked the “go back” button on their phone which restarts the entire process by returning to the homepage, or thr user will have had to go through all the clicks again starting from the time slot page - and with every extra click the likelihood of completing thr transaction decreases. Even I in using the the demo didnt complete the booking even though it’s pretend, as it became too much. In short the UXD doesn’t follow the logical sequence a customer usually goes throufh when making a booking. Ive worked with website UXD specifically for services booking companies. Please you will get a lot more sign ups this way!

P.S. when clients have to commit to recurring meetings for the first time (which they don’t reach until step 3 in your current booking process), they have to check their calendars to reference future dates if they will be available. But by this time they will have had to go through the service providers location options etc. So they will need to go back to the time slot page to either check which time slot they chose initially and/or look at other time slots that may be offered if they realize that they can’t attend one of the future dates. This should all be done on the time slot page or immediately after the time slot page to so clients don’t have to go back and forth between pages. One page is ideal for both time slot and recurring/frequency selection. I work for a company that does this on their custom website. When they implemented this change their sales shot up by 100%. It simplifies and sequences the customer booking process.
The location page can easily be 2nd/3rd as it’s less important. Especially if the service location is online which a lot of service businesses have switched to. By the time a client is ready to sign up they will have already checked the business’ location in the Contact Us section of their website.

Thank you for your consideration.
