bugg that people can book 8 hours before the appointment#1295

i have clearly states that no one can book calls 8 hours in advance, yet we still get people booking 30 min before a call date.

I emailed you guys 4 times by now, everytime i get the same excuse: that this is a known bugg you are working on, its been 5 freaking months, how long do you need to get a simple and yet so important bugg fixed?
