Thank you @Marija Maksimovic but that is my suggestion: improve page loading speed. The speed is super slow for all my clients across the board.
Are you reffering to the booking wesbite or the iframe?
@Marija Maksimovic both the booking site and the iframes are slow. In the screenshots above, the test was on the booking site.
Please fix this all of the booking sites have been really slow (slower than they normally are) all day long
I hope this is being seriously looked at. The embedded booking forms load ridiculously slow on sites that are well optimized and otherwise blazing fast. You don’t see this slowness with other booking softwares that have embedded booking forms. This is a HUGE problem for me personally. I hope this very important issue isn’t being ignored.
I’m also seeing slow load times, and even page timeouts. Is it me or is it the interface?

This is bad. My clients complain to me regularly. I’m about to lose another one because of the horrible performance of the booking site and embedded forms. The screenshot I just posted a few hours ago is already a lost opportunity. And not even a half hour ago a client called me to say one of her customers profiles wouldn’t load.
I can’t even open the Agency site, hoping there’s a fix coming soon.
Me neither and no client booking sites. One of them is running paid ads on a page with a booking form that’s not even there. @Marija Maksimovic what is going on here? If there is maintenance going on, it would be nice to know about that a little beforehand. So we can inform clients.

What is being done to address this major ongoing issue? I went to book on behalf of a client on Monday and the page was excruciatingly slow to load.
The past week, I’ve noticed a steady decline in performance. I thought there was progress being made here, but it turns out that things have fallen back into their usual slowness with Trafft.
I am running ads for clients to landing pages with hardly any content on then an embedded Trafft booking form, and the forms are frequently timing out and won’t load at all. Or, they will take over 10 seconds to load. Very frustrating, and super embarrassing to have this happen.
I will 100% be moving all current clients and future clients away from Trafft if this ongoing issue isn’t resolved within the next month. We’ve waited long enough, and been told multiple times this was being addressed and that speed was a priority. What is going on?!!
