URGENT TO BE A UNICORN#1352

?

Exact.

trafft is missing this:

  1. Internal messaging:
For customers to communicate with employees and vice versa.
    This helps customer privacy.
This way the employee does not need access to the client’s email and phone number. This information is sensitive and prevents employees from stealing our customer list.
  1. Geolocated employee profiles:
Sort employee profiles by geolocation, so the client can choose the closest employees and see them on a map or in a list, filters, search box, etc.

  2. Customer reviews and opinions:
We need the review of each service completed (every time and not just once) and for that review to be published on the employee’s profile. This will discourage employees from providing poor service. Or that customers can edit their reviews if the employee turns bad.

And if we can also request reviews for Google Reviews, truspilot, etc. that would be great. But I understand that two options is not optimal. Unless trafft finds a solution.

  1. Bond and deposit:
Enable a deposit feature in services that will be returned upon completion of the service. Just like when you rent a car and they retain money as a guarantee. Or when you rent a house and they ask you 3 months in advance for any problem. Trafft would be the best.

  2. Add a custom $money field on the form.
There are some services that have additional personalized costs. I call that custom field “add money.” The client adds, for example, $30 for extra expenses or tips, etc.

  3. The backend is easy and great.
The front-end sucks and for that reason alone I won’t use trafft.
It seems that trafft uses an ugly design so that we pay and our clients do not find it easy to book. This way trafft saves resources. It’s sad but it seems that way.

Disable top bar pinning on the front-end. It takes up half the screen. You’ve been there for years and you look like newbies. Or you are just bad.

Hello there and thanks a lot for your suggestions!

Regarding Ratings & Reviews, a review link is automatically sent with each appointment notification. You can add this placeholder to any notification of your choice. If you wish to display reviews on your Employee’s page, you must select it in the Ratings & Reviews settings and approve each review. Editing option will be added in the future.

On the frontend side, we have created a task to add an option for customizing the header display. We welcome any additional suggestions you might have for the frontend.

As for other suggestions, they are on our development roadmap, but we likely won’t release them this year due to some of our developers being reassigned to other internal projects.

If you have any further questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our support team!

Best,
Trafft team
