SMS low credits email alert and auto charge (Business and Agency clients)#1373

To prevent SMS credits from running out the following would be useful:

Immediate implementation:

• email notification for business account / email to agency owner if client account and/or client

Future implementation:

• auto charge card set up for business to top up
• option to add different auto charge card for each client in an agency account.

GoCardless is a great solution to auto charge by credit card

Hi! We’re in the process of developing recurring monthly SMS credits for regular users. By subscribing to an SMS ‘plan’, you’ll also receive bonus credits each month.

Once development is complete, we’ll extend this feature to agencies as well.
