Default Custom Field Values#1404

It would be great, if we could not only specify a placeholder for custom fields but also a default option. I have two use cases. We offer walking tours in different languages but the most commonly booked language is English. So I would like English to be selected by default with the possibility to change it to another language. The other use case is a meeting point. We recommend our default meeting point which should be in an address field by default but people are welcome to specify another meeting point. So that would be great.
