Global Addons#1553

Implement global addon support. This would allow users to create an addon once and easily apply it to any of their services.

The current implementation is inefficient and cumbersome. Users must manually create a separate addon for each service, even if it’s the same across all of them. Editing the same addon across multiple services is also repetitive and time-consuming.
