For services requiring a deposit, if a client cancels within the allowed cancellation period, the deposit will be manually credited to their account rather than refunded. This credit remains valid for a period determined by the provider and will be forfeited if unused by the expiration date.

This allows clients to rebook without losing their deposit while ensuring the provider retains their time and encourages client return.

When the client books a new appointment, selects a service, and signs in, the system would automatically apply the deposit credit, leaving only the balance to be paid at the end of the service.
