Please could it be possible to have a Custom Duration. For example if a team member is working with a service selected. Rather than 30 / 60 / 90 mins etc. Please could we have a field where we could enter for example: 8 Hours / 5 Hours / 3.5 Hours.
This would be an amazing addition to your software. Which I must say, is POWERFUL and we LOVE
