I would like to have the ability to create stand alone forms that I can automatically send to my clients after they book an appointment. For example, a client books an Acupuncture visit. After the appointment is confirmed and 2 days before the appointment date, an automation should send this my Intake form to the client to fill out and submit online. This form will ideally be attached to each client profile for future reference.
