tWe need to have the option to set the time of the pending appointment as available or not. It’s really important to avoid a having two appointments at the same time. As we already have the option to set the default status. I think this option is a major.
the problem is that we set the default status as pending and set the maximum appointments at the same time is one. even though, the case is happening and we are receiving two booking requests for the same time.
Or how about this:
For pending appointments not yet verified (not paid in advance) or bookings requiring provider approval (with a deposit to confirm), a set timeframe by the provider for a response. If no response is received, the system will automatically cancel the booking. The timeframe should be clearly communicated.
