A recent feature added by default is penalizing half the users. This is counter-productive. Whenever a day is fully booked, it disappears from the calendar. This alone makes the option to have “booked sessions” greyed out but still visible half useless.
Having the fully booked days dissapear from the calendar removes the following perks for users:
-Show customers what were the typical timeslots for a given day
-Show customers that activity is booming and that the product they seek is fully booked. This is basic sales, if you show that a product is working well, customers will want it more AND they will hurry to book it ahead.
Having fully booked days dissapear on the other hand has no visible advantage when it comes to sales perforlance, so I find it very puzzling that you answered that this was a feature requested by “many people”. It is barely convenient and adds nothing to the customer experience.
II suggest making the feature optional via a toggle in the very same menu that allows booked timeslots to still appear greyed out, and every one will be happy! Cheers
Sometimes it seems like Trafft wants us to go somewhere else.
