Ecwid has a great example: Ecwid.com > Settings > Payments > Manual Payment (enables a simple text box with a title and description—instructions, for example, a Bitcoin address or a phone number for phone payments in some countries)—so the customer can choose Stripe, PayPal, or manual payment.
