Description:
I would like to request a feature that allows businesses to rename the “Employee” role to a custom term (e.g., “Coach,” “Trainer,” “Instructor,” etc.) across the Trafft platform. This feature would improve usability and align the system’s terminology with different industries, creating a more personalized booking experience.
Use Case:
Currently, Trafft uses “Employee” as the default label for service providers. However, many businesses operate under different structures where “Employee” is not the best term. Examples:
Sports Training Businesses (e.g., Soccer Training): Need the term “Coach” instead of “Employee.”
Fitness Studios & Gyms: Prefer “Trainer” or “Instructor.”
Educational & Tutoring Services: Would use “Teacher” or “Mentor.”
By allowing a customizable label for service providers, businesses can better match their industry needs.
Suggested Implementation:
Custom Label Setting in Dashboard
Booking forms:
Instead of “Select Employee,” it would say “Select Coach” (or the chosen term).
Email notifications: Ensure system-generated emails reflect the custom terminology.
Customer panel: Clients see “Your Coach” instead of “Your Employee.”
Business Impact & Benefits:
Priority Level: Medium-High
Thanks!!!
Please… you just should read the documentation…
It’s a basic feature available since the launch of Trafft ! Everything is customisable.

It makes me laugh thinking the time you wasted to write this comment instead of just reading the docs :-)
Hope you’ll have a good day
