Before explaining why this is valuable, allow me to elaborate my thought on possible implementation:

As a starting point, you could look at the most important manuals/articls from Trafft documentation and create a white labeled version from that. I assume this is only partially a coding task, eventually it is a little (or a lot) content-work. Refactoring the help articles you already have, creating non-branded images etc. are a little cumbersome, but it wouldn’t take a dev resources.

Dev resources would be needed to make the white label version of these documents dynamic - I.e. inserting variables at the right places and integrating allmof this content into some sort of CMS you are using in the background that provides trafft SaaS.

Why white label help documents are valuable (to agency’s):

1.) white label help documents free up agency agents time to acquire new customers instead of supporting end-Users about over and over the same topics. This would directly bring more customers to Trafft and make your software even more attractive to agencies (probably your biggest Multiplicators)

2.) By providing white label support documents straight from you, the makers of this booking solution, the quality of end user support would clearly increase. You would ensure quality of service directly. Therefore end-users would experience higher customer success, which eventually leads to reduced churn rates and therefore higher customer lifetime values.

please implement this! this woud save agencies so much time for support request by customers which is much better spent on finding & onboarding new customers for trafft. ohh and the pain to answer the standard questions over and over again. pleeeeease white label help documents & create a white label tutorial
