Client with 25 years in the business suggests this...#1716

I want to start this request by saying that I had a very productive meeting with this client, but in the end, they rejected our system because it doesn’t have the following features: (Features that the system currently uses in their barbershop does have)

1. The ability to manually invoice. They would like to have the option to manually invoice a customer within the finance panel if they purchase a product on-site (for example, “beard shampoo”).
2. The ability to have a product module and control their respective inventory (many systems, such as bewe, already have this).
3. The system should allow them to filter the customer base to identify which customers haven’t scheduled an appointment in, for example, a month, and thus be able to send them an incentive message.
