📅. Calendar View for Customers#202

We’d like customers to be able to look at a calendar view, just like the admin calendar (but just showing events as “booked” instead of the exact appointment).

This way a customer could quickly look at a weekly calendar and find a day/time that looks open, and plan to book an appointment based on open times. It’s very cumbersome to wait until the third screen or so, and then start clicking on individual days to see what times are open, only to find there’s no availability for the particular appointment type.

It would be so much easier to look at a calendar and see booked slots. Then perhaps use checkboxes next to a list of different services to see which services you could place between existing bookings.

Another point for consideration here (and there may already be a request for this part.. if so, please add in the comments)… we’d also need a filtering option for the employees availablity on the calendar.

Often times customers don’t know or care about which employee to choose… they just want to see open/available time slots. Being able to filter/toggle employees on/off based on availability would be amazing.

So the ideal scenarios is that a customer could view a calendar… easily see when an open block exists, for the type of appointment they need to set, and they could select that slot, right on the calendar, then proceed to enter booking details.

Is there any update on this please? Convenient views and ease of use for client experience point of view is critical to your app success and our client facing engagement. Hope this suggestion can be prioritised.
