Rather than select an employee, a feature that allows automatically selects the earliest booking slot available.
I would realy need the bookingform to go to the earliest slot in stead of the calendar view, so it is clear for our customers when the service is offered. For services who are not offered very frequently it is confusing that customers have to scroll through the calendar and select a date first. (Or a custom bookingsform that allows to select the date as well, and jump to the slot in stead of the calendarview would also work)
@Nevena.ilic in my experience, over the course of 30 bookings, I’ve had clients who got frustrated that they didn’t complete the form in a timely fashion and due to the time constraints regarding the buffer time set up, the form times out and they get an error and then have to re-do everything they’ve already typed/filled in. I can see how this could be incredibly frustrating. I’ve had to tell clients to book 15 minutes ahead of the current time slot to avoid this issue. Please, I hope that you guys can figure out a way around this. Booking the earliest timeslot availible would be helpful but…not with this issue arising regularly.
