Multiple employees per booking (group bookings for STAFF)#282
Get trafft to book multiple people in 1 booking.
For example, if you have a service where more than 1 staff member needs to be in attendeance, trafft should check the calendar to emplyye 1, and employee 2 at the same time and then book BOTH employees.
USAGE SCENARIO 1: You are a dentist and you need an anaesthetist present at the same time, the booking would then look at both people’s diaries and then book BOTH people.
USAGE SCENARIO 2: You are a team of 3 people who look after a client account, and the client would like to meet all 3 of you as you all do different things on the account - at present, this isn’t possible, but this option would check all 3 people’s diaries and then book all 3 people.
Trafft position itself as alternative to Calendly. And this feature is what Calendly is all about. Hard +1!

This is super important to me too1 Please upvote people so we can actually use this programme. As it currently stands we can’t use this tool as it doesn’t have this and this is business critical for us (and makes the other tools SO much better)

That said, I can appreciate the limited resources and focus. And, at the end of the day, I have been EXTREMELY happy with the rest of the product. I want to have a couple of licenses on standby for founders that I know could benefit from the software they offer.

I wanted to ask if it would be possible to prioritize this feature request. It was created over three years ago and is still on the roadmap.
This feature would provide a significant advantage to your platform, as many businesses currently offer services that require more than one employee to deliver. Its implementation would greatly enhance the platform’s flexibility and usability.
Hoping we get some traction on this!
If you offer home care services and the client needs to book two employees at the same time, Trafft is outdated, but hey, it’s doing quite a bit.
Please let us know we really really need this ability as well, booking multiple employees in one booking session.
Also, if it can be triggered (to include another employee in the same booking) based on if the customer selected the “extra” service that is offered by that particular employee.
Right now we need to be very careful that if a booking is made with one employee and if the customer also needs services offered by another employee that we (carefully) create a calendar item manually booking the other employee and try to note that it is for the other appointment already booked with the other employee BUT this method does NOT include the Trafft reminder notifications that the first employee is getting and the appointment data. We have to manually patch it all together and it is VERY time consuming and prone to errors (espically if the first employee gets a appointment update and the 2nd employee may or may not get alerted to the change etc..)
Please focus on this ASAP or let us know what is going on with this?
