Add Custom Fields to Zapier for integration.#364

With the limited amount of required fields built in we need to collect more info via forms that info needs to be able to get into our CRM’s and other databases to be used. We can’t do that via zapier at the moment. I would love to see that happen so I can switch from Acuity.
