Minimum time required before booking at the service level#438

I’d like to be able to edit the Minimum time required before booking at the service level?

I have a Service I offer that requires my clients have a two week buffer before choosing a date so they can get some prework done. My other Services I’m okay with them choosing a sooner timeframe.

Any update on this? Some appointments we would like to allow booking for the soonest available time, others a week out. Right now, that’s impossible and it’s stressing our team.

This is a feature I need too. The ability to customise the minimum time required before booking for each service/appointment type is something I haven’t been able to fins a workaround for in Trafft.

This is a MUST and ASAP. I can’t force customers to book a week in advance for ‘everyday’ type appointments. I also can’t take special appointments without sufficient notice (a week) or I don’t have the right personnel & equipment. This is literally moving a variable from one place to where it should have been from the beginning - can this be done quickly?

@Nevena.ilic Can we please get an ETA for this request? This feature is so imperative, some of us may have to find an alternative solution. Again, the issue here is that we require a “minimum time rquired” at the service level, not in general.

Yes having a minimum time before bookking be either by service or for the service to have an override on system so that it can have it’s own minimum time. I have events that people book up to just before starting. regular appointments get I am having them book 2 days in advance

Come to check the status on this and see no movement : ( This is killing our business morale as clients can just book things last second. Can we please get an update @Nevena.ilic ?

I really would like to have that option. Even years later, it still makes no sense to me that minimum time required must be the same for all services
