It would be great for the software to automatically pay the employees like in an affiliate system.
This could be done fairly easy by using stripe connect.
Highly appriciated and kind of must-have! Most of Spa and saloons do work on this concept of incentive per client served.

We would like to see this feature, in reverse. Specifically, we’d like to be able to give the employees their booking fees while we retain a specific dollar amount or percentage of each booking.
I’ve seen this on other platforms (like multivendor marketplace plugins on WooCommerce) where the broker or business owner that provides the booking service to their vendors or employees, is able to retain a specified dollar amount or a percentage of each booking or sale.
e.g. Customer books a $50 appt with Employee 1. We retain a 10% business comission fee for bringing the customer to Employee 1 and providing them with a clean and intuitive booking system to help them manage their appointments.

Would definitevely use this to keep a 10 % booking fee for my coaching services.

Please absolutely consider @Jordan Dayton’s idea. This would be fantastic!
This doesn’t enable Stripe Connect? I thought that was it. What a shame. What a disappointment. Please use AI to speed up progress. We also need internal messaging chat from customers to employees.

Hi! We recently began developing this feature, starting with commission settings for the admin. Next, we will add an earned commission view on the employee page and integrate payouts via Stripe Connect or other applicable methods.
Best,

Thank you Trafft
Please add the option to have the empoyee commission calculated / paid out based on a % of total regardless of coupons i.e. decide if the discount is taken out of the company share or the employee share.
Example 1, price 100, discount 15% on company cost, employee commission 80% should give the employee commission of 80% while the company absorbs the discount and receives 5%.
Example 2, price 100, discount 15% on employee, employee commission 80% should give the comnpany 20% and employee commission of 65% as the employee absorbs the discount.

Hi! If you set the employee commission and enable the ‘Deduct Coupons’ option, the commission will be calculated after deducting the coupon value.
For example, if the service price is $100 and a $20 coupon is applied, with an employee commission rate of 20%, the commission will be calculated as 20% of $80, resulting in $16.
If this option is not enabled, the commission will be based on the full service price of $100, meaning the employee would receive $20.
Let us know if this helps!
Best,
Trafft
It helped - thanks! :)
Function. If you allow employees to create coupons (with a discount on their commission or the company’s, although this could be optional), this would help with meritocracy when there are few orders. Employees can create coupons and offer discounts and attract customers. What I don’t know is if it would be too confusing. Example of use: Cleaning company with 10 employees at $20/hour. Week with few orders. One of them is motivated and wants to offer a $5 discount. Create a coupon, and when the customer applies it, the system would automatically choose that employee. The coupon would be their name (abc). This would change the psychology and motivate the staff. In addition, it would create more closeness because the same employee would always serve the customer. Imagine there are 50 employees to choose from, and the customer comes to the site because employee (abc) offered them a card with the discount coupon. It would be confusing for the customer to search for that specific employee among 50, so when the customer applies the coupon, the system would automatically assign them. For example, customers often go to the main link (the company name) because it’s easier, rather than to the employee’s link. What ABC employee earned for his efforts went to another employee, and that wouldn’t be fair. Thanks, Trafft.
Can you please add commissions for each service? Right now i can only set this for all services, but admin needs to be able to adjust this for each service. So service “A” 20%, service “B” 45% etc. Beside the commission for each employee.
