Dashboard Languages (back end)#505

It would be great if we could customize the language on the “back end” (admin). Currently the language can be changed only on the public-facing page. Thanks!

Should be merge also with #1054 This is SO important, so many markets available but limited on the backend.. maybe a colaborative translation to speed up? =)
