Custom Pages#544

Need to create a custom home page. It would also be benifical to add privacy policy page and terms and conditions page directly in trafft. Please add this :)

and/or the ability to just add general text-based custom pages - for example, my legal pages are more than just policy and terms and conditions pages. I have disclaimers, anitspam, web accessibility, etc. Thanks.
