Agency, Whitelabel, Reseller model and dashboard#56

For agencies, resellers and other “middlemen” customers - add a special plan/solution where they could resell Trafft to their customers under their own brand, and manage the accounts in an agency dashboard.

As an independent web developer, I absolutely need this agency feature for my 50ish customers who all have their WordPress web sites but who count on me for what Trafft could offer.

Thanks, in advance, for offering an affordable AppSumo “level” for this.

This is the dealbreaker for me. LTD for agency. I currently have 3 clients that I could use this for.

Yeah, agency features are a deal breaker for me as well. If I can only use for one client, I might as well just go look for another solution that allows unlimited clients.

Can you explain the last bit? Because there doesn’t seem to be a way to purchase ‘unlimited lifetime licenses’ on AS? You can only buy a tier 1 or tier 2. If you meant that we can buy as much as we need, then I must repeat my statement saying that it’s really expensive and there’s no way to know how much we would need.

OK, I understand you don’t want to give out unlimited licenses as the cost is not the same as with wpAmelia (hosting is for the client on WordPress, not for you with a SaaS obviously). But we at least need a plan or tier that’s built agency friendly, for example tiers that give us 10, 20, 50 (or even 100?) subaccounts to be added seperately to our agency account.

Yeah i agree also.

I did ask them to see if they could offer an agency plan on AppSumo.
A tier where we could have multiple accounts. But i didn’t get a reply yet.

They did say in the email about the agency dashboard board and if we need other accounts after the AppSumo deal ends they will give us a 10% discount from their plan.

For me personally… 10% is still not enough.
This is only because i have looked at their pricing and it is expensive in my view. But i love the product they have here. Suppose u pay for quality.
But for hairsalon with like 4 employees they charge £70 a month.

I don’t know even with a 10% discount i could make a profit or even sell it for that.

• Currently we can offer 10% for each LTD license, and we can offer you 5x Tier 1 or 5x Tier 2 licenses by the price of 4x Tier 1 or 4x Tier 2 licenses. If you are interested, or want to understand pricing better, or want more than 5 accounts please contact us on help@trafft.com. When the deal is finished on AppSumo (which is soon), we will not be offering LTD licenses on an ongoing basis.

• We understand that, but please keep in mind that each account generates ongoing maintenance costs for us (servers, infrastructure, updates, support, backups, monitoring, mailing systems, queuing services, etc.), and it would not be feasible to provide reliable service with 20, 50, 100 or unlimited clients for the price of one license. We can’t put you or other clients in a situation when you are reselling a service to your clients, just to find out that service is unstable, buggy, or even being discontinued as it is generating constant loss.

Having said that, please keep in mind that for now you still have the awesome opportunity to get the lifetime tiers listed on Appsumo for your clients, which is a great deal for you - one-time cost, lifetime option to resell.

1. Client List from where you can manage all of your accounts and clients
2. Option to hide features from each client individually, which allows you to completely whitelabel your accounts
3. Options to set custom domains for your accounts, set SMTP for emails
4. Different whitelabeling options so you can add your own logo to all of your accounts, adjust the colors and appearance to make them fit your brand

Also, just a few features that we are planning on implementing in one of our next versions of Agency:

1. Options to purchase SMS Credits for your accounts directly from the Agency dashboard
2. Options to impersonate an account

Oh my goodness, Trafft. Thank you. You can truly change my life thanks to your agency offering. Implement internal messaging and employee geolocation (or an employee map) and I’ll become obsessed with Trafft. It would be my religion, and I will spread it. Competitors are reading my comments. Hurry. These features are the only ones that can change the rules of the game for Big Tech and monopolies. You can’t imagine the impact on society. Cooperatives instead of corporations, etc., and it goes beyond everything.

Geolocation of staff would be Trafftific ;)
