
There’s been a few instances, that I rendered services to a client who selected On-Site as a payment method and I had no idea then….forgot to collect payment, resulting in having to create a custom invoice for that client to pay long after services were provided. I would appreciate the ability to see within the appointment details whether they paid via Stripe (debit/credit) or On-Site. For On-Site, it’d be nice to have something that says “Collect Payment” in the left pane financial module and a note to do so within the appointment details so this doesn’t become a recurring issue. It’s ….really frustrating to have to check Stripe or the left pane financial module for every appointment to see if payment was actually collected or if it needs to be.

I would like to clarify - When looking at the appointment. I want to be able to see if the customer paid via on-site or through stripe. I’m aware this can be seen through the “finance” sidebar option. But at first glance, when an appointment is booked. Opening an appointment and seeing the form of payment selected, would GREATLY help remind weather payment needs to still be collected.
