The ability to apply a coupon for a customer that totals a specific amount. This would enable them to book the services selected until they have spent that amount. It wouldn’t be a one use coupon, but once the amount it gone the coupon use would end.

I.e., client has coupon for $200. She books an appt for $120. She has $80 left to spend. She comes back and books another appt for $120, she applies the coupon which subtracts $80 from the total and it shows a balance owed of $40 that they must pay before the appt is booked.

I see several related (and earlier) posts have been merged with this. Is this going to be on the roadmap as it’d be great!
Also, for someone to be able to buy a digital gift card for a friend, provide their email address and select a gift card from templates with a custom message and choose when the card is emailed to its receipient would be fantastic.

I hope this is a gift card that we can sell on our site.

Is it also possible to add validity period (start and end date) for the Discount Coupon and Gift Check? Currently, the coupon has only an end or expiration date.

For example:
The coupon and gift check are only valid from June 1, 2025 until August 2025 (rainy season or ghost months or low season). This will allow the business to promote the services in advance like as early as now (April 2025) using discount coupons which can only be used for appointments made for June 1 until August 2025 for example. So when low season is approaching, there is less worry as there are already advanced bookings made even if discounted. So in ads, we can target those with birthdays or celebrations on those dates that would entice them to book earlier to avail the discounts.

Just like the airlines, they offer promotions or seat sales in advance for next year flights.

The only change to make in the coupon feature is add a starting date when the coupon will be valid to use.

Additional suggestions for gift cards:

1. Allow the buyer to add custom message (using custom field) to gift cards to be purchased for someone else. The custom field that contains the personalize message can be call-out in the email notification and can be embed in the digital gift card. This would add value why should they consider buying gift cards.
2. Allow customization of gift cards even if just the logo, contact ddetails, and terms.
3. Allow setting equivalent amount for gift card set values. For example I’m selling a gift card of $100 at a discounted price of $95 which card is valid to be used from a post-date to a expiration date. This can ce used to sell sevices at a discount on low-season (like in my case one of my services is Diving).

For gift cards and coupon:

1. Consider adding the start date for the validity so that we can pre-sell the coupons at a discount at a pre-determined date. As illustrated in my above email for reference.
